From 3 —19 July, Waverley Council’s annual arts festival is coming in hot with an outstanding new line-up of music, theatre, comedy and more to fire up your winter days and nights. Get ready for three weeks of belly laughs, world-class performances and unbeatable vibes. One thing is for sure, there’s something to suit everyone.

Bondi Festival is BACK for another spectacular year! 🤩 From 3 to 19 July, Waverley Council’s annual arts festival is set to ignite your winter plans. 🔥
We’re coming in hot with an outstanding new line-up of music, theatre, comedy and more. This year’s program also features incredible workshops and events suited for all ages and interests, hosted by acclaimed artists and performers. Get ready for three weeks of belly laughs, artistic expression, world-class shows and an unbeatable ocean-front atmosphere.
You can also expect the return of long-time festival favourites such as the ice rink, ferris wheel and the mouth-watering food markets, all set against the iconic backdrop of Bondi Beach. While we can’t say too much yet, we can promise that no two events will be the same.

We’ve been dancing, feasting, ice skating and applauding extraordinary theatre at Bondi Festival! 🎉
Audiences were captivated at POV, Sincere Apologies, Queer Compost and Bondi from the Barber’s Chair as we probed thought-provoking ideas, told stories and belly laughed. At the Daytime Dance Party the Bondi Pavilion Courtyard was alive with our best and bravest dance moves. In Bondi Park the food markets, ice rink and ferris wheel drew sun-soaked crowds, while visitors continued to stop by the Waverley Art Prize to see our incredible finalist works and take part in a special edition of Gladdy Drawing Club.
