Ticket Refunds

Performances

All sales are final. A refund will only be provided in the event a performance is cancelled, re-scheduled or significantly relocated, minus the small booking fee charged by our ticketing provider. A refund or exchange will not be provided due to change of mind or incorrect purchase date, where a patron is dissatisfied with an event, refused entry or evicted from an event, fails to attend the event, or their ticket is lost or stolen without proof of purchase being provided. Please check all details carefully before purchasing, as sales are final.

Bondi Festival Ice Rink

The Bondi Festival Ice Rink has a strict refund policy. The rink is outdoors and is designed to proceed in all weather conditions – rain or shine. If rain is forecast, assume your session is going ahead and please be prepared with your own raincoat and wet weather gear. Umbrellas are not permitted on the ice. Please note, there are no refunds if you do not arrive at your session. In extreme circumstances we may be able to reschedule your tickets to another session if you request and we have availability. If you have purchased your tickets online and you need to reschedule, please send us an email at ticketing@starsonice.com.au with a minimum 48 hours notice before your session and we will try to reschedule your tickets. Refunds and rescheduling are at our discretion.

Risk Warning: All skaters will be required to complete a waiver before going on the rink. Skating is at your own risk. Skating is both a recreational and/or sporting activity. Participants are hereby warned and acknowledge that there is risk of injury/death and/or loss/damage to personal property whilst skating or being in this venue. Patrons/parents/guardians must evaluate these risks before engaging in, or allowing minors to engage in, these activities. If you do not accept this liability, then do purchase a ticket or participate.
