Ticketing and Patron Information
Bondi Festival Box Office is located at Wayside Chapel (Ground Floor)
Open Tuesdays – Saturdays during the Festival from 10.00am
Tickets for the Bondi Festival Ice Rink and Bondi Vista Ferris Wheel can be purchased from their respective box offices, right up to the session start time. The box offices are located immediately outside the attractions and are open every day of the Festival from 10am.
Please note: a single booking fee of up to $4.50 applies, plus a credit card fee on orders over $80.
Credit card fees range from 1.3 to 1.95% depending on card type.
All venues are general admission. If you require a particular seat for mobility or other issues please contact us email@example.com nominating your contact details, date and time of particular performance.
All sales are final. A refund will only be provided in the event a performance cancelled, re-scheduled or significantly relocated, minus the small booking fee charged by our ticketing provider. A refund or exchange will not be provided due to change of mind or incorrect purchase date, where a patron is dissatisfied with an event, refused entry or evicted from an event, fails to attend the event, or their ticket is lost or stolen without proof of purchase being provided. Please check all details carefully before purchasing, as sales are final.
Bondi Festival Ice Rink

Bondi Festival supports the Companion Card program. For patrons who require assistance of a companion or carer, a second ticket is issued at no cost to the Companion Card holder. These tickets are available directly through the online booking system, and the Companion Card holder must present their Card at the Box Office.
Babes in Arms (under 2) are admitted free , so long as they remain in the arms of their adult throughout the show. This applies to all shows except performances suitable for audiences aged under 2: Angie Who, Colour the World with Tiptoe Giants and The Vegetable Plot: Get Fresh – all attendees regardless of age will require tickets to these performances.
All children must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult at all Bondi Festival performances and workshops.

Cameras & Recording Equipment
Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted in the venues during performances. You are not permitted to photograph or record a performance.
As a consideration to other patrons, please ensure that mobile phones and other devices are turned off while in the theatres.
Conditions of Entry
All persons must hold a valid ticket for entry to an event. The unique barcode on your ticket can only be used once.
Each ticket is for one person and cannot be shared with another person.
Content and age restrictions are available on the event pages.
Patrons must adhere to the venue rules. Lock-out periods will apply and latecomers may not be admitted for some performances.
No alcohol may be brought onto the premises.
Particulars of an event or performance may be changed without notice. Waverley Council reserves the right to vary advertised artists, programs, pricing and seating arrangements as necessary.
Waverley Council reserves the right refuse entry to any persons at our sole discretion.
Patrons who disrupt a performance or do not adhere to these conditions of entry may be asked to leave, without refund of the ticket purchase price.
