“The Bondi Festival Walking Tour explores the history of the land we walk on and those that have walked the land before us – a beautiful, self-led way to take in Bondi on a crisp winter day.” – Rachel Chant, Festival Director

Stretch your legs and step into who, what, how and where we have come from – the natural coastline, artists, writers, poets, pioneers and cultural gear-shifters of our history, and most importantly, our First Peoples on whose land we are privileged to walk on. In this digital walking tour, you’re invited to explore the incredible geography and iconic sites and stories that feed into the land on which we walk.

Commencing at Waverley Cemetary, wend your way along the route at your own pace before arriving at the Bondi Pavilion.

No bookings required – the Bondi Festival Walking Tour will be available to access on this page across the festival dates.
