Snip snip! Badlambs Travelling Barber pops up in the Festival Garden.

A pop-up box of magic barber tricks, harking back to a time of travelling minstrels, snake-oil salesmen, blow-ins, chameleons and fairy dust, will be rolling into the Bondi Feast Festival Garden.

Get your top polished, your whiskers snipped, and your nose and ear ‘airs vanished at the Badlambs Travelling Barber.

A box on wheels that transforms into a little shop of old school barber beauty, the Badlambs Travelling Barber was born out of an Aussie barber’s time cutting hair in the late night Adelaide International Festival Club and then in The Famous Spiegeltent at Edinburgh Fringe in the early 2000s. Tony Mellis, the guv’nor of Badlambs Barbershop, Bondi Beach honed his craft among artists and decided never to leave the circus.

Come say ‘Hi’ to Tony and his merry band of barbers on Tuesday 17 July and Fridays and Saturdays during the festival.
