Join the Bush to Bowl horticultural team in the Garu (Northern) courtyard, to learn about local native plants and bushtucker and the cultural importance of traditional foodways. The interactive workshop will also offer a food cooking demonstration to show the audience how to use certain native plants in the kitchen! Did someone say Lemon Myrtle damper pancakes?
