Bring a blanket and settle in Fireside every Saturday of the Festival. Warm up by fire, watch the waves crash against the shore and experience the very best of what it is to be in Bondi in winter.

Bondi Fireside is free to access outside of show times (listed below), with no bookings required. So simply drop by or settle in for the night.

Opening Times:

8.30pm – 9.30pm, Friday 25 June
5.30pm – 9.30pm, every Saturday of the Festival

Bondi Fireside opening hours are weather (and tides) dependent.

Events:

Half Man | Half Bull

At 7pm every Saturday night of the Festival, Bondi Fireside will host an in-ear audio storytelling project direct from the award-winning UK theatre company, the Flanagan Collective.

Accessibility Info:
  • Bondi Fireside is situated on the sand at the south end of Bondi Beach. For wheelchair users, there is a designated seated area on the promenade at the top of the ramp. The promenade provides level access to view Bondi Fireside and to access Half-Man | Half-Bull.
  • Ramps to the sand at the southern end of the beach are currently not access compliant. Contact us if you would like to loan a beach wheelchair and you have someone who can assist you to negotiate access on a steeper non-complaint ramp.
