“Huda is the 2021 Australian Poetry Slam Champion and an incredible artist – don’t miss this opportunity to spend an hour in workshop with her.” – Rachel Chant, Festival Director

This spoken word workshop for beginners is an incredible opportunity to explore techniques for creating poetry with QLD State Poetry Champion and Australian Poetry Slam Champion, Huda Fadlelmawla (Betwixt).

By developing the connection between thoughts and written word, Huda assists you in unlocking the essentials of creating poetry. The session ends with the opportunity to work on presentation skills, with participants performing the pieces created during the workshop.
