Let the good times roll

Bondi Festival is a cutting-edge arts festival and an all-ages adventure zone that bursts into life every winter at the world’s most famous beach.

Every winter Bondi is transformed into your winter playground by the sea, bringing families and culture vultures to experience local delights and international sensations.

This much-loved arts festival is Waverley Council’s flagship winter event, proudly presented in partnership with Bondi and Districts Chamber of Commerce.

The Story So Far:

Over the past 10 years Bondi Festival has built itself as a mid-winter institution for Bondi locals and visitors, as well as the local and national arts industry. Growing from humble roots (a couple of shows in a curtained meeting room), Bondi Festival is now a major event drawing festivalgoers down to the beach in the off-season. Previously known as ‘Bondi Feast’ and ‘Bondi Winter Magic’, we’re excited to have launched our new rebranded and reinvigorated identity, Bondi Festival.

17 days and nights of arty business. Bondi Festival is festival of comedy, theatre, cabaret, music, circus, storytelling, arts, ice-skating, hot food, cold drinks, family fun and much, much more.

Bondi Festival is presented by the good people at Waverley Council in partnership with Bondi and Districts Chamber of Commerce.
